Framework contracts for THQ Hospital City Talagang covering local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items and devices and purchase of medical gases. The medicines and surgical items framework has an estimated cost of PKR 15 million with bid security of 2% of estimated cost, while the medical gases framework has an estimated cost of PKR 6.0 million with bid security of 2%. Eligible bidders must have active FBR/PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred under applicable Punjab Health and Population Department policy and PPRA Rules. For local purchase of medicines and surgical items, bidders must possess a valid CDSL issued on Form 09 and must not be outside Chakwal district. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising Technical and Financial bids.
