Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, disposables and surgical items for THQ Hospital Sohawa, District Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27 Phase II, including day-to-day local purchase requirements. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms from District Jhelum under the cited local purchase guidelines may participate, subject to the eligibility requirements and registration documents. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 4.5 million and bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs. 90,000, to be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Registration certificate, valid National Tax Number, Income Tax and General Sales Tax where applicable must be provided. The same rates contract will also apply to Zakat funds received during the year and applicable taxes will be deducted.
