Procurement of office stationery, printing materials, cleaning supplies and general-use articles comprising refillable markers, assorted colour markers, ball points, Uni Ball pens, dumpers, stamp pads, stamp pad ink, highlighters, Scotch tape, stapler machines, stapler pins, registers, steel scales, paper cutters, calculators, scissors, pin removers, pencils, file tags, table trays, carbon paper, black, green and blue printing inks, under blankets, rubber blankets, dampening tubes, cotton thread cones, fine-quality thread, jute, air fresheners, soaps, insect killer, DDT powder, white glue in different pack sizes, broom sticks, dishwashing powder, dusters, cleaning towels, cotton towels, brass locks, tissue boxes, drinking tumblers, steel needles, phenyl, Surf detergent and sealing wax. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 14,140,300 and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs. 707,015. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes on FOR basis. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Bids must be submitted and opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at the office of the Deputy Secretary Procurement & Store. Performance guarantee is 10% of the contract amount. Samples may be examined before further proceedings.
