Procurement Of Stationery And Miscellaneous Framework Suppli Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of stationery, printing materials, conference and seminar requirements, uniforms and protective clothing, computer stationery, other items, entertainment and gifts, POL and transport repair requirements. The estimated cost is PKR 51.270 million and bid security is 3% of the estimated cost on a lot-wise basis. The framework contract will be awarded to successful bidders up to June 30, 2027 and may be extended for two months until August 31, 2027. Original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers may participate. Bidding will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement under Open Competitive Bidding and Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted through online payment via one-link or Bank Guarantee to the PPRA account. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and quote best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot.
