Framework contract procurement of Stationery Items, Printing and Publication Items, Cost of Other Store Items, Computer Stationery Items, Other Items, Entertainment and Gifts, Furniture and Fixture, Plant and Machinery, Hardware and IT Equipment during financial year 2026-27. Separate bid security is required for each independent framework contract object head: Rs.50,000 for Stationery Items - Rs.250,000 for Printing and Publication Items - Rs.150,000 for Cost of Other Store Items - Rs.150,000 for Computer Stationery Items - Rs.150,000 for Other Items - Rs.75,000 for Entertainment and Gifts - Rs.500,000 for Furniture and Fixture - Rs.200,000 for Plant and Machinery - Rs.175,000 for Hardware - Rs.250,000 for IT Equipment. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 08 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day under the stated single stage two envelope procedure. Eligibility requires bid security, a non-blacklisting affidavit, financial soundness evidence, NTN and income tax proof, general sales tax registration, professional tax certificate, company profile, authorized dealer proof and acceptance of framework contract terms.
