Construction works including development of janazgahs across multiple union councils covering Palai Thana Bandajat Khass and Jadeed Alladhand Dherai Batkhela areas including middle lower and upper zones Malakand Khar Dheri Julagram Totakan Pirkhel and Agra along with provision of missing facilities at district headquarter hospital Batkhela and annual operation maintenance and repair of all residential and non residential government buildings in sub divisions Malakand and Dargai ensuring infrastructure development and maintenance - Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS - Contractors must possess valid PEC registration in required categories - Bids must be submitted electronically with complete BOQ and required bid security including additional security based on quoted rates below engineer estimate - Bid opening will take place shortly after submission deadline - Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure BOQ consistency and submission of required additional securities to maintain bid responsiveness
