Procurement of healthcare supplies including dental material items - medicine items - surgical and disposable items - liquid medical oxygen items - medical gases items for healthcare facilities through electronic procurement system on F O R basis - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax and be active taxpayers - bid security of 2 percent of estimated price must be submitted physically and successful bidders must provide 5 percent performance guarantee - bidding documents with specifications quantities and conditions are available online free of cost - pre bid meetings scheduled on respective dates to address queries and minutes will be issued as addendum - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened as per scheduled timelines Pro Tip Carefully comply with electronic submission requirements bid security provisions and documentation formats to ensure bid acceptance
