Framework contract for local purchase of medicines surgical and disposable items including medicines surgical disposables and dialysis related supplies for FY 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Procurement includes - Local Purchase of Medicines Surgical and Disposables Items estimated cost Rs.6,000,000 with bid security Rs.120,000 - Local Purchase of Medicines Surgical and Disposables Items for CM Dialysis Program estimated cost Rs.8,000,000 with bid security Rs.160,000. Eligible bidders must be well reputed companies firms authorized distributors and experienced suppliers registered with NTN and GST where applicable. Suppliers of medicines surgical and disposable items must possess valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 Category-A. Separate bids will be submitted for multinational companies national companies medicines and disposable surgical items on the basis of maximum discount from retail price. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of Medical Superintendent or Procurement Officer on written application or download from EPADS website. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Bidding process will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure containing separate technical and financial proposals as per PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Only online EPADS tenders shall be accepted. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35 and disqualify suppliers providing false inaccurate or incomplete information under PPRA Rule 19.
