Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories through electronic procurement system including delivery of specified items under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - only pre qualified bidders eligible with requirements including completion of three similar assignments minimum value twelve million PKR turnover of ten million PKR in previous three years active taxpayer status and non blacklisting declaration - bid security of 2 percent required in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call - bids to be submitted electronically with opening on same day - no physical submission allowed Pro Tip Ensure eligibility criteria documentation and electronic submission compliance before deadline to avoid disqualification
