Hiring of consultancy services for survey feasibility study design design review and supervision of solarization of water supply schemes under development plan including technical and financial proposals under single stage two envelope quality and cost based selection method - consultants must be registered with PEC KPRA and FBR with relevant codes - proposals to be submitted electronically through EPADS with technical proposals opened first and financial proposals opened after evaluation - bid declaration certificate mandatory with commitment to submit 10 percent performance guarantee upon award - pre bid meeting scheduled on May 07 2026 at 12:00 PM - incomplete or conditional proposals will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure compliance with PEC registration proposal structuring and EPADS submission requirements to qualify
