Consultancy Services For Science Center Project Tender Notice
Description
Hire consultancy services for planning, architectural and engineering designs, engineering cost estimates, technical specifications, bidding documents and resident supervision for the Establishment of Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed Khan National Center in Basic Sciences. The project includes academic block, hostels for girls, boys and faculty, faculty residences and external development works comprising approach roads, sewerage system, septic tank, water supply system, gas network, fire hydrant line, parking, footpaths, storm water drains, boundary wall, lighting, main gate, security posts and horticulture. Selection shall be carried out under Least Cost Method. Only pre-qualified consultancy firms are eligible to participate. Bid security of Rs. 2,800,000 representing 4 percent of the estimated consultancy value of Rs. 70 million shall be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by Bank of Punjab. Technical and financial proposal requirements shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
