Office Complex Officers Colony Infrastructure Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Construction of office complex for Mailsi and Haveli Circle along with rehabilitation of infrastructure of officers colony including civil works structural development and associated facilities - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 using e-procurement system EPADS on item rate basis under Bi-Annual MRS system - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and tax authorities and submit bids electronically along with bid security of 5 percent in form of bank guarantee or CDR and original documents submitted before deadline - bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives and performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidder - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and payment will be made based on actual work done subject to funds availability. Pro Tip: Ensure complete documentation PEC registration and timely submission of bid security to avoid disqualification.
