Procurement of laboratory equipment on international basis for central research lab including supply delivery installation and commissioning of scientific instruments under item wise basis - procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 with options of C and F basis in USD or DDP basis in PKR - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR or pay order before deadline - bids will be opened on scheduled date and incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected.
