Procurement of IT equipment and mechanical and electrical items including supply installation and commissioning of required systems and equipment - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bid security of 5 percent of estimated value in form of CDR along with complete proposals - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on same day in presence of bidders representatives - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
