Procurement of uniform items for employees under framework contract including supply of apparel items as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bid security of 1 percent in form of CDR or bank guarantee with original submission before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and technical bids will be opened on same day and incomplete bids will be rejected.
