Procurement Of Uniform And Livery Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform and livery items on item wise basis including complete supply as per specifications with estimated cost of 2000000 and bid security of 100000 required. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS and bidders must submit electronic bids along with scanned bid security and original instrument submitted physically before closing time. Pre bid meeting will be held on 30-04-2026 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day of submission. Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities and EPADS and must quote rates for all items otherwise bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee of 10 percent is required from successful bidder. Pro Tip: Ensure complete rate quotation for all items and timely submission of bid security to avoid rejection.
