Description
Maintenance and repair works including installation of tempered glass false ceiling and repair of circuit house and judicial colony infrastructure with associated civil works - bidding will be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis via EPADS - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and submit bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR with original submission before opening - bids will be opened on scheduled date in presence of bidders representatives and incomplete bids will be rejected - performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidder. Pro Tip: Ensure accurate completion of BOQ and timely submission of original CDR to qualify.
