Maintenance And Repair Works For Public Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for public buildings and government residences including CT scan tile work at teaching hospital residential bungalows government officer residences art council anti corruption offices hostels prosecutor offices and PWD colony facilities in Sargodha. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis in accordance with PPRA Rules. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant category and register on Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bidders are required to upload scanned copy of call deposit receipt amounting to 5 percent earnest money and submit original CDR before opening of bids otherwise bids shall be declared non responsive. Financial bids must completely fill all BOQ and rate analysis entries otherwise incomplete bids shall be rejected. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days of award. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee.
