Description
Framework contract for repair and maintenance of office buildings and residential buildings for Crime Control Department Dera Ghazi Khan Region for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under PPRA Rules. Registered firms engaged in trading and maintenance services with valid FBR PRA and PEC registrations may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure with bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost. Technical samples brochures and supporting documentation are mandatory. Financial bids shall be evaluated on cumulative cost basis and bids shall remain valid till 30 June 2026.
