Residential Quarters Rehabilitation Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement works for multiple residential quarters including DA-3 D-3 E-4 D-4 E-1 D-2 E-3 DA-2 and E-2 at District Council Gujrat under residential building repair budget for financial year 2025-2026 based on MRS 1st Biannual 2026 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on EPADS. Eligible firms and contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant category and active Income Tax Sales Tax PRA and Professional Tax registrations. Bid security at 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Chief Officer District Council Gujrat is mandatory along with affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-litigation status. All bids must be item wise complete signed stamped and uploaded through EPADS. Additional performance security shall apply for bids equal to or below 5 percent of estimated cost under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017.
