Rehabilitation and improvement civil works including rehabilitation and improvement of residential flats remaining work behind MCR building rehabilitation of street near graveyard repair of collapsed verandah fruit block in front of shops rehabilitation of street at Mohallah Amarpura and rehabilitation of drain near Marhaba Shadi Hall Tipu Road Rawalpindi. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and EPADS are invited under single stage one envelope procedure for financial year 2025-26. Bidders must upload bids through EPADS with registration documents including PEC GST and PST certificates. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost for each work in shape of CDR is mandatory and original hard copy must be submitted before closing date. Rates are required against each BOQ item and lump sum percentage quotations will not be accepted. Lowest bidder quoting 5% below sanctioned estimate must furnish additional performance security up to 10% of contract cost. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 01-06-2026 at 02:00 PM.
