Construction Of Family Suites And Servant Quarters Tender Notice
Description
Construction of 104 family suites for Members of Parliament including 400 servant quarters at Sector G-5/2 Islamabad balance work E-Block servant quarters. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Eligible firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-2 or above with project codes CE-09 CE-10 EE-04 and ME-02 for year 2025-26. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS along with scanned copy of bid security in PDF format and original bid security in shape of pay order or CDR before submission deadline. Technical bids shall be opened publicly in presence of procurement committee and authorized representatives.
