Repair Renovation And Electrical Installation Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair renovation and electrical installation works including - repair and renovation of Ministry of Housing and Works Block B Pakistan Secretariat and I-11 Warehouse Islamabad - special repair to electrical and mechanical installation in federal government lodges hostels and family suites including solar system of mosque at Federal Lodge Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage single envelope bidding procedure on item rate basis under Pak PWD Schedule of Rates 2022 through EPADS v2.0. Eligible bidders must possess active taxpayer status and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant categories and specialized codes. Original bid security in shape of CDR or banker cheque in favor of Drawing and Disbursing Officer Estate Office Management Islamabad must be submitted before online submission deadline. Manual submissions shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Civil and electrical contractors should ensure valid PEC registration and upload all mandatory compliance documents through EPADS for responsive participation.
