Renovation Mock Rooms Classrooms Furniture Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for establishment of mock rooms and classrooms for hospitality department through renovation allied civil and electrical works along with furniture fixtures and required accessories at GTTI Multan through E-PADS under Punjab PPRA Rules using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested contractors and firms enlisted and active with Punjab E-PAD PEC FBR and PRA in category C4 and above with relevant civil and electrical specialization codes are eligible to participate. Procurement includes renovation works furniture fixtures accessories and associated civil electrical installations. Bids based on approved BOQ item rates must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Estimated project cost is PKR 64279000 with mandatory bid security amounting to PKR 1285580 in shape of CDR Bank Draft Cashier Cheque or Pay Order in favor of Chairperson TEVTA. Contractors must physically submit original bid security before submission deadline and produce original PEC license at bid opening. Conditional unreadable incomplete or unsecured bids shall be rejected. Performance guarantee along with 10 percent of contract amount shall be required from successful bidder.
