It Equipment Civil Courts Layyah Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment including desktop computers printers and UPS for computer systems with total estimated cost of 2632000 rupees including complete supply installation and operational readiness as a whole package - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit electronic bids along with original bid security of 3 percent amounting to 78960 rupees in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically by 19-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM on same day in presence of bidders representatives - successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 6 percent of contract amount and submit all required documents including tax registration certificates - incomplete bids or late submission of bid security will be rejected and all applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
