Rehabilitation Of Sewerage Network Zone B Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of sewerage network in WASA Layyah Zone B through PPRA E-Tendering System. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council category C-6 or above and registered on Punjab EPADS website may participate. Estimated cost of project is Rs.4.289 million with earnest money of Rs.0.214 million at 5% of estimated cost. Original CDR in favor of Director Finance WASA Layyah must be submitted before bid submission deadline at office of Deputy Director Engineering WASA Layyah Railway Road in front of Railway Station. E-bids must be submitted before 25-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on same day at 12:30 PM through EPADS. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Conditional bids fake documents and violations of rules shall result in rejection and blacklisting. Lowest bidder quoting more than 5% below DNIT shall deposit additional security through CDR or Bank Guarantee. Bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days. Completion period of project is 15 days.
