Description
Framework contract for procurement of antibiotics including medicines drugs surgical disposables medical devices biomedical equipment dental items x ray CT scan items laboratory kits chemicals and general store related items under framework contract for financial year 2025-2026 with estimated cost of 52308830 rupees - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be manufacturers sole agents importers or authorized distributors registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax and registered on EPADS - bidder must submit bid security of 1 percent of estimated cost in form of bank draft bank guarantee call deposit receipt demand draft pay order or bankers cheque with technical proposal and original copy before opening time - bids must be submitted by 19-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on same day in presence of bidders representatives at Patiala Block King Edward Medical University Lahore - bids must include both brand and generic names and validity shall be 180 days - incomplete unreadable or wrongly submitted bids will be rejected.
