Procurement of stationery items including paper rim tag register pad ink etc other items including harpic dettol cleaner tissue paper wiper etc computer stationery including white paper AA and toners POL items including engine oil and repair of transport items including oil filter air filter and AC filter with estimated costs of PKR 1599838 PKR 1060227 PKR 934387 PKR 500000 and PKR 300000 respectively - procurement shall be conducted under single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and must submit bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank draft in favor of District and Sessions Judge Kasur - bids must be submitted via EPADS by 15-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on same day - original bid security must be submitted before deadline otherwise bids will not be considered - bidders must not be blacklisted and all taxes will be applicable as per government rules.
