Procurement Of Machinery Items And It Equipment Kasur Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery items including air conditioners and photocopy machine and IT equipment including computers printers and heavy duty scanner with estimated costs of PKR 1500000 and PKR 6000000 respectively - procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and must submit bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank draft in favor of District and Sessions Judge Kasur - bids must be submitted via EPADS by 18-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on same day - original bid security must be submitted in sealed envelope before 18-05-2026 at 09:00 AM otherwise bids will not be considered - bidders must not be blacklisted and all procurement governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
