Framework contract for procurement of injectables including medicines drugs surgical disposables medical devices biomedical equipment dental items x ray CT scan items laboratory kits chemicals and general store related items under framework contract for financial year 2025-2026 with estimated cost of PKR 56516433 - bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be manufacturers sole agents sole importers or authorized distributors registered with relevant tax authorities and EPADS - bid security of 1 percent of estimated cost required in form of bank draft bank guarantee call deposit receipt demand draft pay order or bankers cheque with technical proposal and original submission before opening - bids must be submitted by 19-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on same day at Patiala Block King Edward Medical University Lahore in presence of bidders representatives - bids must include both brand and generic names bid validity is 180 days and incomplete corrupt or non compliant bids will be rejected.
