Description
Construction of classrooms along with furniture and washrooms under CM initiative for provision of missing facilities in college District Sheikhupura with DNIT cost of PKR 120078000 and earnest money 5 percent amounting to PKR 6004000 - procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on item rate basis - bidders must be contractors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having category C4 or above with specialized codes CE09 CE10 and EE04 and registered on EPADS - bids must be submitted online by 18-05-2026 till 01:00 PM and will be opened at 01:30 PM on same day at office of Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore in presence of bidders or their representatives - bidders must submit original earnest money in form of CDR bank draft or cashiers cheque before closing time otherwise bids will not be entertained - conditional bids will be rejected and procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
