Supply Stationery Computer Stationery Sheikhupura Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery and computer stationery through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 by Office of the District and Sessions Judge Sheikhupura. Electronic bids are invited from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA for fiscal year 2025-2026. Lot-1 Stationery carries estimated cost of Rs.2,637,368 with bid security of Rs.131,868 while Lot-2 Computer Stationery carries estimated cost of Rs.1,067,120 with bid security of Rs.53,356. E-bids shall be submitted through EPADS before 21.05.2026 at 10:00 AM and opened on same day at 11:00 AM in office of District and Sessions Judge Sheikhupura. Original refundable CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated amount must be deposited one day before submission deadline through courier in favor of District and Sessions Judge Sheikhupura. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee. Samples of all quoted items are mandatory on 25.05.2026 for technical evaluation and non submission shall result in rejection.
