Chakwal Drain Desilting Tender Tender Notice

Pre monsoon precautionary arrangements including desilting of drains nallahs and allied works within jurisdiction of District Council Chakwal covering District Chakwal Talagang and N.S under MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026 period from 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026 with budgeted amount PKR 10000000 and bid security PKR 500000 (5%) - procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered contractors on EPADS and must upload scanned bid security and submit original CDR or pay order before 11:00 AM on closing date otherwise bid will be treated as non responsive and cancelled - bids must be submitted online by 20-05-2026 till 02:00 PM and will be opened at 02:30 PM on same day at District Council Chakwal in presence of bidders representatives - item wise rates required and incomplete ambiguous unreadable unsigned or unstamped bids will be rejected - additional performance security ranging from 5% to 10% of estimated cost shall be deposited if bid is 5% or below estimated cost as per Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017 - procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
