Procurement Of It Equipment And Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment and plant machinery for Civil Courts Chakwal including HP Core i7 computer systems with SSD and LED monitors, HP LaserJet printers, Canon flatbed scanners with ADF, Gree inverter air conditioners, Orient water dispensers and Toshiba heavy duty digital photocopy machine. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tenders must be accompanied by refundable 3% call deposit in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Chakwal. Quoted rates must include all taxes, freight and delivery charges and all supplied items shall carry comprehensive three-year onsite warranty. Bidders must provide NTN, STRN and active taxpayer status proof. Procuring authority reserves right to alter quantities based on available budget.
