Water Supply Scheme Upgradation And Tube Well Machinery Tender Notice

Construction and upgradation of water supply infrastructure including Water Supply Scheme in Kashmir Colony Dadyal and upgradation of existing water supply system in Dadyal City along with supply and installation of new machinery for proposed tube well under Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding System. Eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and endorsed by PP&H Govt. of AJK for FY 2025-26 may participate in categories C-4 and above with specialization codes CE04 and CE09 for water supply works and category C-5 and above with specialization codes ME07 and EE10 for machinery supply and installation works. Estimated cost for water supply scheme is Rs.129.45 million with earnest money of Rs.4.000 million and estimated cost for machinery supply is Rs.15.870 million with earnest money of Rs.0.500 million. Interested bidders must upload scanned copies of call deposits issued by scheduled banks or Bank of AJK along with technical and financial bids on the E-Bidding dashboard. Technical bids will be opened on 04-06-2026 at 12:00 PM. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 01-06-2026 at 01:30 PM in the office of Executive Engineer PP&H PHE Division-II Mirpur AK. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two projects of similar nature during the last five years. For machinery works bidders must have completed at least one similar contract valuing Rs.20-30 million during the last three years and must be eligible manufacturers, suppliers or authorized dealers registered with PEC, Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and FBR for FY 2025-26. Supply rates shall be quoted on F.O.R District Mirpur Tehsil Dadyal Kashmir Colony basis including all applicable taxes and duties. Hard copies of original bank receipts, technical bids, financial bids and signed bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after opening of technical bids. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on percentage Above/Below/At Par basis on prevailing MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 District Jhelum and only two digits after decimal point shall be considered for evaluation. Pre-delivery inspection shall be conducted by nominated purchase committee before supply of machinery and complete technical brochures and specifications must accompany bids. Blacklisted firms, contractors and companies are not eligible and must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of conflict with government authorities.
