Epccd Uniforms Protective Clothing Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of uniforms and protective clothing with estimated cost PKR 55 million and bid security 5% amounting to PKR 2750000 - procurement through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended - bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and joint venture or consortium not allowed - bids must be submitted online by 15-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day - hard copy of bid security in form of CDR demand draft pay order or bank guarantee required along with uploaded copy - contract valid for supply during financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and bid validity 90 days.
