Supply Stitched Uniforms Protective Clothing Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of completely stitched uniforms and protective clothing items including male and female shirts with badges trousers and black beret caps for employees under code head uniforms and protective cloths. Interested contractors suppliers dealers firms and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on active taxpayers list of FBR are eligible to participate. Tender documents containing specifications and samples are available during office hours against non refundable fee of PKR 3000. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope method with separate technical and financial proposals. All tenders must be accompanied with earnest money equal to 5 percent of total bid value in shape of pay order in favor of Director Operations Central NCCIA Lahore Zone. Incomplete ambiguous and conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Uniform stitching must be completed within two weeks after signing of contract. Quantity may increase or decrease according to availability of funds. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rules 2004.
