E tender notice for construction of classrooms with furniture and washrooms in multiple colleges district Gujrat under CM initiative and establishment of PERA enforcement station at Sarai Alamgir with estimated costs PKR 128458000 and PKR 105532000 and earnest money 5% - bids submission through EPADS and opening on 20-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM respectively - contractors must have valid PEC registration and submit CDR before opening - performance guarantee 10% required as per PPRA Rules 2014.
