Providing And Fixing Road Signage And Lane Marking Tender Notice
Description
Tender for providing and fixing different sign boards zebra crossings lane markings rehabilitation and painting of curb stones from Kacheri Chowk to Mehmnda Chowk and Daewoo Terminal to Edhi Center in Municipal Corporation Gujrat. Estimated cost is Rs.7.0 million with earnest money at 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under E-PAD system for contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and E-PAD. Bids must be uploaded through E-PAD by 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in office of Municipal Officer Infrastructure Municipal Corporation Gujrat in presence of Tender Opening Committee and contractors representatives. Original CDR must be submitted before opening time otherwise bidder will be disqualified. Manual bids conditional bids and bids without earnest money shall not be accepted. Lowest bidder quoting 5% or more below estimated cost shall deposit additional performance security in shape of CDR. Procuring agency shall apply current PPRA Rules and reserves right to reject bids in case of violations. Pro Tip Short Paragraph
