E bids are invited from eligible and registered bidders for provision of round the clock janitorial services twenty four hours a day including Sundays and public holidays for financial year 2026 27 the contract will initially be awarded for a period of one year and may be extendable on a quarterly basis for up to one year on same terms and conditions interested bidders must be registered with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority PPRA for e procurement through EPADS as well as with relevant tax authorities and required registration bodies details of janitorial services human resource required include supervisor 15 Nos janitor personnel male 220 Nos janitor personnel female 60 Nos sewer man 05 Nos total human resource 300 Nos pre bid meeting will be held on 11-05-2026 at 10:30 AM in conference room surgical tower bidders must bring written observations on company letterhead minutes of pre bid meeting will be uploaded on 13-05-2026 on EPADS and official website bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 38 2 a of PPRA Rules 2014 hard copies are not required bidding documents can be obtained from EPADS PPRA website and official website bids must be submitted on EPADS till 20-05-2026 at 10:00 AM bids will be opened on same day at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives bidders are required to submit original 2 percent bid security amounting to Rs 4010616 of estimated cost Rs 200530800 in shape of CDR Pay Order or Bank Draft before opening date failing which offer will be rejected procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 amended and PPRA Regulations 2024
