electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with wapda pepco discos ppmc pec and tax authorities for procurement of asset performance management systems for pole mounted distribution transformers under single stage one envelope procedure project includes supply installation testing and commissioning of 483 units including 75 units for 25 kva 82 units for 50 kva 148 units for 100 kva and 178 units for 200 kva transformers along with complete solution and accessories contract period 2 months bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2400000 in form of demand draft pay order cdr or bank guarantee valid for 120 days bids must be submitted through epads and opened on 19-05-2026 at 12:00 pm after closing time 11:30 am procurement governed under ppra rules 2004 conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected
