Pumping Machinery Maintenance And Sewerage Works Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of pumping machinery and transformers for disposal works, replacement of 15-inch diameter RCC sewer, raising of manholes, provision and fixing of manhole covers with cast iron frames, painting and distempering through a framework contract. Estimated cost is PKR 9,849,700 and earnest money is 5%, equivalent to PKR 492,485. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Open competitive bidding through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be conducted using the least-cost method. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 November 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. A scanned copy of earnest money must accompany the online bid, and the original CDR from a scheduled bank must be delivered to the Chief Officer before the closing time. Signed and stamped bidding documents are required.
