Reconstruction of carpet roads, installation of tuff tiles and laying of sewerage lines under approved development schemes of District Council Rahim Yar Khan for financial year 2026-27 at the second biannual 2026 Market Rate System rates, from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The first scheme covers reconstruction of the carpet road, tuff tiles and sewerage line from Ada Shedani to Chanjni Chowk in Town Shedani Sharif, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, with an estimated cost of Rs. 163,241,000 and 5% earnest money of Rs. 8,162,050. The second scheme covers reconstruction of the carpet road, tuff tiles and sewerage line from Sadaat Chowk to Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic, Janpur, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, with an estimated cost of Rs. 89,624,000 and earnest money of Rs. 4,481,200. The third scheme covers reconstruction of the carpet road from Akbar Chowk to the Union Council Office, Taranda Muhammad Pannah, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, with an estimated cost of Rs. 80,204,000 and earnest money of Rs. 4,010,200. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through Punjab e-procurement. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded online according to the bidding documents. Earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a CDR in favour of the respective scheme PSID before opening of financial bids by technically qualified bidders. Under the cited Punjab Government instructions, bid securities, performance securities and other required guarantees must be issued by the Bank of Punjab; securities issued by other banks or financial institutions will not be accepted. Contractors must quote rates against each item; quoting only a percentage above or below the estimated cost will be treated as an incomplete bid. Submission and opening dates stated in the notice include 5 November 2026 for technical and financial bid submission and technical bid opening, 10 November 2026 for announcement of technically qualified bidders, and 16 November 2026 for opening financial bids of technically qualified firms. Submission of fake documents or security receipts may result in disqualification, blacklisting and referral to PPRA and PEC for action.
