Description

Construction works under two schemes in PP-46 and PP-47, Tehsil and District Sialkot, comprising provision and laying of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) sewerage pipes and tuff tiles in PP-46, estimated at PKR 18,349,000 with bid security of PKR 917,000, and construction of a nullah together with provision and laying of RCC sewerage pipes and tuff tiles in PP-47, estimated at PKR 12,677,000 with bid security of PKR 634,000. Both schemes have a completion deadline of 30 June 2027. Eligible contractors and firms must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for financial year 2026-2027 in the relevant categories and codes and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must download the original DNIT and submit bids electronically through the e-Procurement portal, quoting rates against each item in the approved DNIT or bill of quantities. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through a bank guarantee using SWIFT MT760 and the Payment Slip ID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid securities will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be uploaded before the closing deadline and will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Percentage-based quotations will be rejected as non-responsive. False information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting, with recommendations to PPRA and PEC. The successful bidder must furnish performance security of up to 10% where required, using an accepted financial instrument valid for three months beyond the completion date. The successful contractor must execute the agreement on the prescribed stamp paper within seven days of issuance of the acceptance letter. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
