Annual Framework Contract For Faisalabad Road Maintenance Wo Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 covering patchwork of roads, curb stones, signage and direction boards, raising of manholes, repair and maintenance of PCC, RCC and brick work, repair and maintenance of tuff tiles, and providing and fixing of tuff tiles in Faisalabad city. The estimated costs are Rs.350 million with 5% bid security of Rs.17.5 million for road patchwork and related works, Rs.50 million with 5% bid security of Rs.2.5 million for PCC, RCC, brick work and manhole works, and Rs.200 million with 5% bid security of Rs.10 million for tuff tile and related works. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees are not accepted. Hard copies are not required. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted or virus-infected bids are liable to rejection. Where the tender or bid amount is 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security of 10% of estimated cost including the tender-stage CDR in the prescribed form. Road patchwork, road maintenance, curb stone works, signage installation, manhole raising, PCC repair, RCC repair, brickwork, tuff tile works and municipal infrastructure maintenance are relevant procurement terminology.
