Annual Framework Road Building And Maintenance Works Tender Notice

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors and suppliers for four Annual Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The contracts cover patch work on different roads in Tehsil Jaranwala within District Council Faisalabad with estimated cost Rs. 19,750,000 and CDR Rs. 987,500; maintenance, rehabilitation and decoration of office buildings with estimated cost Rs. 15,000,000 and CDR Rs. 750,000; repair, rehabilitation and decoration of different spots and chowks with estimated cost Rs. 15,000,000 and CDR Rs. 750,000; and construction, repair and decoration of residences of officers and officials in the District Council colony with estimated cost Rs. 19,000,000 and CDR Rs. 950,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 will apply. A 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS, and physical CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Manual or hard-copy bids are not permissible, while incomplete, incorrect, illegible, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids may be rejected.
