Road rehabilitation, reconstruction, widening and improvement works under five schemes in Pakpattan District. Scheme 1 covers rehabilitation and improvement of Eastern Lahore Bypass from Pull Rakh to Pir Ghani Road and onward to 16/SP, estimated at PKR 374.433 million with earnest money of PKR 18.722 million and a completion period of three months. Scheme 2 covers rehabilitation, reconstruction and improvement of Malka Hans Road, including Northern and Southern Bypasses, the approach road to Sahiwal Road and links to Government Girls College and Chak Shah Khagga Road, estimated at PKR 366.187 million with earnest money of PKR 18.309 million and a three-month completion period. Scheme 3 covers construction of the M/R Road from DM Road to Bahawal Nagar Arifwala, including the New Pass Eastern route, estimated at PKR 386.207 million with earnest money of PKR 19.310 million and a three-month completion period. Scheme 4 covers rehabilitation, widening and improvement of the metalled road from 19/SP Chowk to DHQ Hospital, estimated at PKR 213.289 million with earnest money of PKR 10.664 million and a three-month completion period. Scheme 5 covers rehabilitation and improvement of metalled roads leading to the Deputy Commissioner Complex, including Canal Park Road connections to the DPO/DC Office, Government Women College, Government Girls High School, Police Station Farid Nagar and Pull Rakh to Circuit House, estimated at PKR 130.440 million with earnest money of PKR 6.522 million and a three-month completion period. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence renewed for financial year 2026-2027 in the relevant category and codes and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally through the prescribed online payment facility in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Pakpattan; physical CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must furnish performance security of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, using an accepted instrument valid for three months beyond the completion period or its extension. Financial proposals must quote item rates, individual item totals and the grand total; percentage-based quotations above or below the estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. Item rates will govern evaluation in case of mathematical discrepancies. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and disciplinary proceedings. The procuring agency may reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules. Recovery for credited old material will be adjusted manually, and successful contractors must submit claims for completed work electronically for processing through the Digital Measurement Book.
