Rehabilitation, reconstruction and new construction of eleven road schemes under the Punjab Highways Department Own Source Receipts Schemes in District Jhang. The works include rehabilitation or reconstruction of the link road from Jhang Toba Road to Chak No. 475 Syed Wala, 1.50 km; construction from Haveli Bahadar Shah to Abadi Joran, 2.80 km; construction from Abadi Gadhian Wala to Pumpy Yaroo Wala, 1.00 km; rehabilitation of the road from Jhang Faisalabad Road Union Council Office Kot Sai Singh to Basti Hafizabad Waris Road, 0.70 km; rehabilitation from Pull Mangan to Kalar Wala, 0.70 km; construction from Abadi Veer Wala to Abadi Munawar Khan Jabboana in Mouza Jabboana, 1.20 km; new construction from Pir Kot Chund Lalian Road to Abadi Wagera Abadi Sujawal Bali, 1.30 km; new construction of the link road from Nasirabad Road at Chak No. 263 to Abadi Ghulam Abbas Patoana, 0.45 km; construction from Imam Bargah Abadi Muhammad Wali to link road Mansoor Khan in Ahmad Pur Sial, 1.00 km; rehabilitation from Chak 500/JB Padrian Wala to Abadi Zafar Bhangoo, 1.50 km; and new construction from Jhang Chiniot Road Abadi Sheikhan to Raynay Wala, 0.45 km. The estimated costs range from Rs. 5.312 million to Rs. 58.515 million, with individual bid securities ranging from Rs. 0.266 million to Rs. 2.926 million. Contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence for the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab; physical securities are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of receiving the offer letter through the prescribed digital payment facility. Item rates and amounts must be quoted for each item and the grand total; item rates govern in case of mathematical discrepancies. Percentage-based rates above or below the estimated or DNIT cost are not accepted. Responsive bids will be downloaded and quoted rates announced at 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026 at the Office of the Commissioner, Faisalabad Division, Faisalabad. Completion is required by 30 June 2027. False information or documents may result in disqualification and disciplinary proceedings. Claims for completed work must be submitted electronically and processed through the Digital Measurement Book. Price variation or cost overruns are not admissible, and old material credits will be adjusted manually.
