electronic bids are invited under single stage one envelope procedure for multiple works including supply of store articles supply of 50 and 100 kva diesel generator sets mechanical winching of sewer lines in east and west zones supply and installation of 50 100 and 200 kva transformers and supply of rpc manhole covers and frames estimated costs include 19769600 10195200 9272700 7672210 and 7176200 respectively bidders must be registered with pakistan engineering council and epads bid security 5 percent of estimated cost in form of cdr must be uploaded and submitted in original before deadline bids must be submitted through epads up to 18-05-2026 at 11:30 am and opened same day at 12:00 pm procurement governed under ppra rules 2014 incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected
