e bids invited through single stage single envelope procedure for rectification and rehabilitation restoration of academic blocks including retrofitting works estimated cost 66.495 million bid security 1330000 completion period 04 months bidders must be registered with pakistan engineering council and relevant tax authorities pre bid meeting scheduled on 05-05-2026 at 11:00 am bids must be submitted electronically through epads on or before 11-05-2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened at 11:30 am same day original bid security in form of cdr demand draft or pay order must be submitted before deadline procurement governed under ppra rules 2014 amended incomplete or late bids will be rejected
